<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing member for an image forming apparatus capable of decreasing its manufacturing cost and burden of a user and cushioning an impact between an apparatus body and an opening/closing part. <P>SOLUTION: The packing member 12 for the image forming apparatus 11 having the apparatus body 13 and the opening/closing part 16 openably/closeably arranged around a shaft 17 at the upper part of the apparatus body 13, includes a first member 18a arranged between the apparatus body 13 and the opening/closing part 16, second members 19 fitted to both ends of the first member 18a, holding the side faces of the image forming apparatus 11, and extending downward from the upper part of the image forming apparatus 11, and third members 20 abutting on the lower end of the second member 19 and holding the bottom part of the image forming apparatus 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
