PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device in which there is no need to confirm the size of a clearance between a valve hole and a valve element by respective clamp devices and a replacement part is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The valve hole 32 is provided on a valve member 29 attached to a valve attachment hole 26 communicated with a midway of a feeding/discharge passage 22 provided on a cylinder body 2. When an adjustment valve part 44 of the valve element 31 movably attached to the valve element attachment hole 30 of the valve member 29 is inserted to the valve hole 32, a clearance S for adjusting a flow rate of a pressurization fluid is provided. Thereby, the size of the clearance S by the valve hole 32 and the adjustment valve part 44 can be confirmed even if the valve member 29 is not attached to the cylinder body 2.
