A both sided toothbrush is provided, which enables to conveniently wash the tongue, palate, gum, and the mouth without twisting the wrist. A both sided toothbrush comprises: first and second toothbrush bodies(10,20) in which the brush of toothbrush is formed in the head unit; and a connection ring(4) connecting the rear terminal of the first and the second toothbrush bodies. The brush of toothbrush is installed so that the front side opposing and back side opposing can be made. In the front and back side of the handle part of the first and the second toothbrush bodies, a curve concavo-convex region is formed. The handle of the first toothbrush body is formed of the curved concave part in the front and the curved convex part in the back. The handle of the second toothbrush body is formed of the curved convex part in the front and the curved concave part in the back.
