A rotation cryostat is provided, which performs cooling quickly in the shortest time using helical side formed by a screw which maintains cold. A rotation cryostat comprises: a diaphragm part consisting of the inner shell(60) having an inside screw part and the outer shell having a scale display part(740); a container intake(80) in which liquid is injected and ejected; an upper stopper and a middle stopper shut tightly; a container sealing member(100) combined with the container; a stopper joint(160) which is released and combined by the screw thread or the stepped projection; and a lower part operation part(760) which moves liquid which is put into the container.
