A stator core (41) has a hollow circular cylindrical section (45) and teeth (46) which protrude radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the hollow circular cylindrical section (45) and are arranged in the circumferential direction. The stator core (41) has an oil passage groove (45a) located radially outward of the teeth (46) and formed by cutting out the outer peripheral surface of the hollow circular cylindrical section (45).
