PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately form a leg forming layer, and to use it for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A mask for arranging a conductive ball comprises: a plate-like body 20 having a plurality of conductive ball-housing through-holes 23; plate-like through-hole corresponding openings 32 corresponding to the conductive ball-housing through-holes 23 of the body 20; and the leg forming layer 30 arranged to the side of a base out of the body 20.
