PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent underlay of stationery for writing a landscape drawing, and facilitating to draw a character of a popular comics, an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: The transparent underlay of stationery is characterized in that (1) a plurality of graduated straight lines intersecting at a point near a center are provided from a side to the other side, and the same marks are added on both sides of each of the straight lines, and (2) on one side of each of the straight lines, a round hole for drawing a standard line on a drawing paper is provided.
