A guidance bulletin board provided with a holder having an inclined replacement face is provided to perform replacement work for a guidance note effectively and conveniently, to prevent the damage of a guidance note due to frequent replacement works and to maximize the visual effect of a user by excluding the mobility of a guidance note. A guidance bulletin board(A) provided with a holder having an inclined replacement face includes a guidance main body printed with the content of guidance on the front side or the front and back sides to post a notice and provided with a holder(2) fitted with a guidance note to be replaced, and an inclined replacement face formed to be inclined backward on the upper part of a rear wall(22) of a housing groove(21) of the holder of the guidance main body.
