The invention provides a paper page processing device which can free the uses to consider the noise around the device to shift to the high speed mode or normal mode and process the paper page in an appropriate speed. The interior of sound integrated potion (13) measures the noise volume generated at the interior of the device, comparing the noise information representing the volume of the noise and the threshold value read from the storing potion; when the noise information is more than the threshold value, the device uses the normal speed to process the paper page of the moral mode of the action of separating, delivering and stacking; when the noise information is not more than the threshold value, the device uses the normal speed which is faster than the normal speed to process the paper page of the moral mode of the action of separating, delivering and stacking; then the device shifts the normal mode and high speed mode of the noise volume generated interior of the device to process the paper page.
