PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ranking useful for a user. SOLUTION: The information search server 10 which is connected to the information terminal device provided on a mobile body to search home pages on a network comprises a receiving part 101, a tabulation part 102, and a forming part 103. The receiving part 10 receives, from a plurality of information terminal devices, information of a home page accessed by the information terminal device concerned and information showing that the mobile body arrives at around a feature related to the home page after the access to the home page. The tabulation part 102 tabulates, when the information is received by the receiving part 101, an arrival access number as the access frequency to the home page. The forming part 103 uses the tabulated arrival access number to form an arrival access ranking in which each home page is arranged in the descending order of the arrival access number.
