PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent a yarn end of a full bobbin from being wound in an empty bobbin starting winding, which occurs when a revolving type yarn winding device is switched, and to provide a high quality package. SOLUTION: In a revolving type yarn winding method, one of two spindles to which a bobbin is installed is arranged on a winding side and the other is arranged on a stand-by side, and yarn changing is carried out by a turret alternately changing positions of both. A partition plate is provided between the two spindles. At the time of the yarn changing from the winding side to the stand-by side, the partition plate is electrified to attract a cut yarn end.
