A smoke filtering device for a vehicle and a truck is provided to reduce smoke which the vehicle ejects by mounting a filter at an exhaust gas connecting pipe of the vehicle. A filter terminal is formed in a space of a T-shape and a rectangular shape and is made of stainless material and is welded to a muffler. A fitting line is formed at both ends of a front plate to mount a filter(5). The filter is inserted into a folding line. A support of the inserted filter is formed into a wire net(8). The folding line(9) in which the filter is mounted on the top is formed on the wire netting. A hole(10) is formed on the center area of the filter and the filter is mounted on the wire netting. The filter is inserted into the fold line of the front plate.
