FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining composition containing long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids of lines ë-3 and/or ë-6 and/or their pharmaceutically acceptable C1-C3 alkyl esters, and/or their salts with inorganic or organic base with content more than 50% wt, in which initial polyunsaturated compounds are first concentrated to gas-chromatographic purity, corresponding to content required for final composition, and then are dissolved in aprotonic and/or non-polar, and/or low-polarity solvents before they are purified by contacting with silicon derivatives. ^ EFFECT: composition has absolute purity, which does not require additional purification and which can be used for all indications and known in technology pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical compositions. ^ 34 cl, 4 ex |
