<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium that efficiently irradiates a recording surface with an optical beam with a small beam spot diameter, and to provide an optical recording and playback device. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical disk 20, either recording or playback of information is performed while a hemispherical lens 5 condensing a luminous flux from a light source is disposed at intervals not longer than the wavelength of light from the light source. The optical disk 20 has a transparent dielectric layer and a light bonding layer 1 bonding emitted light from the hemispherical lens 5 on a side opposed to the hemispherical lens 5 of a recording surface 2 for recording information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
