<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling communication data appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control unit has: a plurality of management circuits 420 for each class for managing timing for transmitting communication data for each class of a band for transmitting the communication data; and a selection circuit 405 that acquires the communication data to be transmitted and information on the class of a band for transmitting the communication data, selects the management circuit 420 for each class to which the communication data should be supplied from the plurality of management circuits 420 for each class depending on information on the class, and supplies the communication data to the selected management circuit 420 for each class.
