PURPOSE: A method for preventing an illegal transmission in a roaming restricted area is provided to prevent a connection trial of other service subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing an illegal transmission in a roaming restricted area comprises the steps of an extraction process, a reading process, a determination process, and a comparison process. The extraction process is to extract a PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) code of an MS(Mobile Station) from an MSC(Mobile Switching Center). The reading process is to read roaming permission data by BS. The determination process is to determine whether the roaming is permitted, or not. The PLMN code of a network and the transmitting PLMN code are compared if not permitted. Transmission is rejected if both of them is not the same. |
