<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extruded resin sheet which hardly breaks. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the extruded resin sheet shaping the extruded resin sheet by sandwiching a sheet-shaped molten thermoplastic resin 4 extruded from a die between a first roll and a metal roll 10 (a second roll) and winding the same around the metal roll 10, steps 13, 13 whose outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of a roll center portion 12 are formed in the outer peripheral faces of both the end portions 11, 11 of the metal roll 10 respectively, the resin is sandwiched between the steps 13 and the first roll and shaped when sandwiching the molten thermoplastic resin 4 between the first roll and the metal roll 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
