A folder for collecting document is provided to binds the document accepted in an inner side of the folder by opening or closing a cut part of a front cover with a moving plate moved top and bottom. A folder for collecting document comprises a front cover and a rear cover. The front cover(10) includes a first clip combining part(12) and a transparent plate(30) moving a movement plate(40). The rear cover(20) includes a second clip combining part(22) on an upper side and a weep preventing part(23) on a lower side. An upper pattern part(41), a transparent part(43), and a lower pattern portion(42) are formed successively. The transparent part is located on a lower part of a cut-out part when an upper pattern part blocks the top of the cut-out part. The transparent part is located on an upper part of the cut-out part when a lower pattern part blocks the bottom of the cut-out part.
