A height adjustable image display device is provided to freely adjust height of a housing supported from the bottom, thereby providing the optimum image viewing height. A housing(110) comprises a pair of coupling grooves(111) having screw thread in an inner circumference. A height adjusting unit is inserted to the coupling groove. The height adjusting unit comprises a fixing unit(120), a rotation axis(130) and a coupling unit(137). A supporting unit(140) supports the height adjusting unit.
