摘要 |
A bead edge detection method in an LVS(Laser Vision System) is provided to obtain welding bead edge easily by convoluting distance data with bead edge kernel component. A bead edge detection method in an LVS comprises a step of approximating a laser pattern element for one welding member extracted from an image captured by the LVS into a linear displacement(S100), a step of storing the distance between the laser pattern center and the linear displacement for each pixel of the image(S200), a step of processing result data by mixing the stored distance data with a bead edge kernel component(S300), and a step of detecting the weld bead edge by searching for the maximum value of the result data and determining the edge kernel component at the maximum value(S400).
