A portable light is provided to make the thickness thin and a weight light by forming a receiving groove to be concave so that a second connection bar is folded and inserted into a first connection bar. A power source and a controller are installed in a main body(2) to supply power and control the operation of lamp. A connection bar is installed in the main body to be rotated, and a second connection bar is joined with the first connection bar through a hinge while it is inserted into the inside of the first connection bar. The main body is made of a plate shape of rectangular while a fixing clip(20) is formed on the top of the main body.
