PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curvature correction mechanism in which the color shift of a multicolor image is more excellently suppressed and to provide an optical scanner and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The curvature correction mechanism includes: supporting projections 52aY which support a reflecting mirror by abutting to the rear surface of the reflecting mirror at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting mirror; plate spring members 54Y which forcibly curve the mirror surface of the reflecting mirror by exerting force in the direction perpendicular to the mirror surface at points in the longitudinal direction different from the supporting positions of the reflecting mirror by the projections 52aY; and a first thrusting means 71Y which forcibly curve the reflecting mirror reversely in the direction to which the first forcibly curving means curves the mirror by thrusting perpendicularly to the mirror surface at the center of the longitudinal direction of the reflecting mirror, wherein second thrusting means 72a and 72b are provided between the supporting positions and thrusting positions to forcibly curve the reflecting mirror in the same direction as that of the forcibly curving by the thrusting means by thrusting the reflecting mirror in the direction perpendicular to the mirror surface.
