A concave reflection mirror air heating plate and an air heater using the same are provided to reduce fabrication cost and to simplify manufacture because a plurality of sunlight concave reflection mirrors are constantly arranged. A concave reflection mirror air heating plate comprises an air heating plate main body(11) which is molded with one board so that a plurality of concave reflection mirror units(12) are arranged horizontally and vertically. The concave reflection mirror air heater comprises a light transmitting covers made of optical transmission material which is arranged in order to concentrate the concave reflection mirror unit of the concave reflection mirror air heater, and an air heater main body which comprises a constant air heating inner space.
