A multiplexing apparatus of channel information inputted to a frequency synthesizer is provided to reduce a long process for serial programming to one clock cycle by re-programming the frequency synthesizer by multiplexing the channel information. A modulator(400) changes a local oscillation frequency of a frequency synthesizer. A channel register(100) stores a plurality of channel information values corresponding to the plurality of input signals for programming the modulator by using SPI or I2C when an initial power is supplied. A multiplexer(200) multiplexes the set corresponding channel information value among the plurality of channel information, generates the output signal and transmits one output signal to the modulator. An ACS(Automatic Channel Scan)(300) detects the activation state of the object channel by the detection requirement of the object channel inputted from the outside and transmits the channel detection signal about the activated channel to the multiplexer.
