PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable guidance on the time of arrival of a driver's own vehicle at an intersection to which the vehicle is running, by utilizing transfer data transmitted between vehicles. SOLUTION: The number of vehicles located on this side of the intersection to which the driver's own vehicle is running is obtained from the vehicle in front through a receiving device 10 (S200, S210 and S216). By using the number of the vehicles located on this side of that intersection and the information on the lighting-up time of a signal of each intersection stored in map data, the time when the driver's own vehicle arrives at the intersection to which the vehicle is running is calculated and guidance on the calculated time is given (S208, S212 and S218).
