A water supplying device using solar heat is provided to supply first water of a hot water tank, heat-exchanged at high temperature for short time, for warm water and heating though a water outlet. A water supplying device using solar heat comprises: an optical sensor(2000) installed at the solar heat collecting panel(1000); a position sensing and tracking unit(3000) tracking the sun(900) with the solar heat collecting panel; a heat exchanger(500) heated-exchanging first and second water(511,512) of first and second hot water tanks(501,502) through first and second solenoid valves(351,352) and discharging first water heat-exchanged with first and second regenerators(521,522); a fluid storage tank(600) containing heat-exchanged fluid; and a distributing water tank distributing fluid into the fluid tubes of a dual vacuum tube.
