A sheet delivery device and an image forming device including the same are prevent a sheet from bending when the sheet collides with a reference surface. A reference surface(311) is extended along a sheet delivery direction and adjusts a position of a side of the delivered sheet. A skew delivery device(32a) diagonally delivers the sheet to make the side of the sheet collide with the reference surface. A sheet deformation unit(34a-34c) deforms the side of the sheet when the sheet is delivered to the reference surface by the skew delivery device.
