The fascia has a metallic flap (13) closing an opening (9) of a rigid structure (3) i.e. plastic shell. The flap moves relative to the structure around a rotation axis (X) from a closing position to an opening position of the opening under inflation effect of a bag. The flap has through-holes (29) defining a weakening line (Y) of the flap. The flap has a closing unit (35) for closing the holes and pivoting panels (31, 33) with respect to each other when the panels are subjected to a torque greater than a preset value around the line. The unit has an elastomer molded on the flap.
