PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and enhanced display device capable of efficiently dissipating the heat generated in an electronic component. SOLUTION: The columnar light guide tube 592, which emits light rays made incident from a first end face at an incidence side from a second end face at an emission side, includes: a planar portion 592b provided in a lower part of the light guide 592; and a projecting portion 592c provided on the planar portion 592b.
