<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat vibration motor, wherein reflow soldering can be carried out with respect to a printed wiring board on the side of an apparatus in automatic mounting. <P>SOLUTION: The flat vibration motor comprises a stator board 11 having a shaft 13 and mounting a flexible substrate 30 for power supply, and a rotor 20 having an eccentric weight 24 and rotatably supported for the shaft 13. The stator board 11 has a notch 18, formed radially inward from the outer circumferential side thereof. In a shielded region 31 of the flexible substrate 30 for power supply covering the notch 18, a terminal metal 41, having a J-shaped cross section inserted radially inward from the outer circumferential edge thereof, is provided. The terminal metal 41 is integrally provided with an inner terminal piece 41a, bonded to a power supply pattern 34 in the shielded region 31; an outer terminal piece 41b overlaps the lower surface of the shielded region 31, without touching the edge of the notch 18; and a turn-up portion 41c coupling the inner terminal piece 41a and the outer terminal piece 41b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
