<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating a virtual world using photographed images based on an image database storing images photographed by a lot of people participating freely. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device 11 acquires image information associated with an area including a viewpoint position 511 represented by the coordinate in a virtual space via a network 10 from an image database device 1 based on the coordinates of the viewpoint position 511, performs rendering based on display spaces 501, 502, 503, and 504 for visualizing the area, and displays an image on a display device 2022. The image database device 1 stores images photographed by a plurality of users, photographing positions, which are represented by the common coordinate used between the user, of the photographed images, photographing conditions, and image attributes as image information.
