A mobile robot apparatus, an elevator management device, an elevator inter-layer mobile control system and a method thereof are provided to control interlayer by using wireless communication regardless of a manipulator and a vision sensor of the mobile robot. A controller(102) supplies destination information according to an elevator status information provided from an elevator manager. The controller controls the movement of the elevator according to elevator opening/closing information supplied from the elevator manager. A communications unit(104) performs the wireless telecommunication between the controller and the elevator management device. A driving t moves the mobile robot to inside or the outside of the controller. A sensor unit takes a picture and detects the vision sensor.
