A grip piece dispenser is provided to allow grip pieces used for holding hot and cold objects to be automatically ejected and thereby improve user convenience. A grip piece dispenser includes a grip piece tape. The grip piece tape is made of a grip piece roll(60) in which a grip piece sheet is wound on a winding roll(62). Perforated holes or cutting line are formed on a release paper(61) attached to the rear side of the grip piece sheet. The perforated holes are formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the grip piece tape.
