PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel sufficiently high in dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability in a thickness direction and having the sufficient adhesive strength of a face material and a frame body. SOLUTION: The wall panel 1 has the face material 2 arranged at one or both of a front face and a rear face of a frame body 3 of rectangular shape built up with upper and lower rails 34, 31 and right and left styles 32, 33, and a frame body disposed at four peripheral edge parts of the rear face of the face material.
