PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving mist sauna device which is installed at a low cost. SOLUTION: A bathroom heating unit 2 for supplying warm wind to a bathroom has a heat exchanger for heating 4 through which hot water supplied from an external heat source machine passes and a heating fan 5 for generating wind that passes through the heat exchanger for heating and for sending air heated by heat exchange with the heat exchanger for heating 4 into the bathroom. A mist generating unit 3 for generating mist in the bathroom includes a mist nozzle 7 for spraying mist into the bathroom and a mist generating pipe 8 for sending warm/unwarmed water supplied from the external heat source machine to the mist nozzle 7. The mist sauna apparatus further has a mist heat exchanger 10 that is a water/water heat exchanger having the function of heating warm/unwarmed water passing through the mist generating pipe 8 by heat exchange between the hot water derived from a discharge side of the heat exchanger for heating 4 and the warm/unwarmed water passing through the mist generating pipe 8.
