A loan processing method using the compensation money for lands, a system thereof and a program recording medium therefor are provided to attract customers who will receive the compensation money for lands so as to become clients of a bank. The deposit of land compensation money of a trust client is confirmed(1005). A part of the land compensation money is processed as the redemption money related to a loan of the client(1010). The trust fee for land trust of the client is deducted from the rest land compensation money(1015), and then the rest land compensation money is reimbursed to a client account(1020). The settlement processing detail including loan redemption processing detail and redemption processing detail is stored in a storage medium together with the trust client information(1025). |
