PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition structure capable of keeping a cleaning zone partitioned irrespective of the tide. SOLUTION: The partition structure 1 for forming the cleaning zone 2 in coastal waters includes a partition member 8 installed to partition the cleaning zone 2 from the offing 25 side, having a height nearly equal to the high water level of the cleaning zone 2, having the bottom end section disposed in contact with the sea bed 3 of the cleaning zone 2 and capable of being moved toward the offing 25 and the shore 26 according to the tide, a float body 9 installed on the top end section of the partition member 8 and set afloat on the sea surface, and a weight 19 installed on the bottom end of the partition member 8 for keeping the bottom end section of the partition member 8 in contact with the sea bed 3 and capable of being moved on the sea bed 3 toward the offing 25 and the shore 26 according to the tide.
