PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in time required at other communication terminal devices to update the information from a self device. SOLUTION: A transmission determining section 20 determines whether a packet sent from the self device has been received by other communication terminal devices or not, based on the frame information contained in a received packet. When it is determined that the other communication terminal devices failed to receive the packet sent from the self device, a time slot determining section 36 changes the transmission timing of the next packet to make it earlier than the determined transmission interval. A motion state determining section 32 determines whether the self device is in a state of nonsteady motion or not. When it is determined that the self device is in a state of nonsteady motion, a transmission interval determining section 34 changes the transmission interval to make it shorter than the one determined when the self device was in a state of steady motion.
