PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an umbrella tent for vehicle capable of detaching an umbrella in a most effective place against wetting in a short period of time for preventing a physically handicapped person or a senior person from being wetted in rain when they get in/get out the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the umbrella tent for vehicle, a rectangular umbrella extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle from a front-most side to the rear-most side is mounted in a vicinity of an inner ceiling at a center of a door, and the entire door of the vehicle is covered thereby. Thus, even when a person in a wheel chair gets in/gets out a vehicle, or when it rains during the leisure, shoes can be changed under an umbrella sheet and the person can get in the vehicle; the vehicle is not stained; and the shade effect can be enjoyed even when any tree cover is unavailable in the leisure during the summer time.
