PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive double coated tape or sheet excellent in transparency, heat resistance, electric insulation, cold resistance and compression set resistance and reducing the thickness and weight of an electronic device such as a mobile phone or a digital camera. SOLUTION: Pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2, 4 comprising a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive are separately laid on both surfaces of a base material 3 comprising a silicone rubber sheet, wherein the sum of the thickness of the base material 3 comprising the silicone rubber sheet and the total thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2, 4 comprising the silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is set to 8-700μm.
