PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of improving freedom of a place where the packaging bag can be used as increases in weight and external shape are suppressed, reducing manufacturing and conveying cost, and realizing simultaneously improvement of air permeability and preventing the content from dropping as there is a distribution on opening areas of a plurality of holes provided. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is formed of a laminate, having an inner layer material, laminated with an outer layer material via a release layer on part of its external face of at least one face. By releasing the outer layer material, a plurality of the hole parts 25a-25g that communicate with the inside of the packaging bag are formed in the inner layer material, and a plurality of the hole parts have a distribution on their opening areas.
