PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane foam of constant quality without losing a balance in mixture of a polyol and an isocyanate when they are mixed, and to suppress shrinkage after spraying and generation of air pockets. SOLUTION: The liquid temperatures of the polyol mixed with water and the isocyanate are separately kept at 15-30°C before mixture, and a foamed polyurethane foam is sprayed on a wall while keeping a blowing temperature at the tip of a spray gun at 40-50°C.
