PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged synthetic resin pipe for improving efficiency and safety in conduit construction work, by dispensing with work for winding a protective material at a burying site. SOLUTION: A latticed shock absorbing function sheet 3 is wound around an outer peripheral surface of a synthetic resin pipe 2, and its outside is covered with a resin protective layer 4 having abrasion resistance, and the synthetic resin pipe 2, the shock absorbing function sheet 3 and the protective layer 4 are integrated.
