PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prefabricated floor materials which can be connected to each other in a good connection condition even if a height difference at an uneven portion between the floor materials is large. SOLUTION: The prefabricated floor material having an almost rectangular body, is formed of: male fitting portions formed along two mutually adjacent or mutually opposed sides of the body, in a manner protruding downward in a thickness direction from a rear surface of the body; and female fitting portions formed along the remaining two sides of the body, in a manner accommodating the male fitting portions in the thickness direction. Herein each female fitting portion is connected to the body via a support portion having flexibility, and accessible to/separable from the body by elastic deformation of the support portion.
