<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator having a structure that is small in size and excellent in impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This piezoelectric oscillator includes: a plurality of lands 40, 43 formed on the outer bottom surface of the piezoelectric resonator element 7 of a structure mounting a piezoelectric resonator element 7 in a package 41 to be air-tightly sealed with a lid 9; circuit elements 6 connected to the plurality of lands 40, 43; and resin core conductors 100 each of which is formed by coating a conducting film on the surface of a block made of resin.
