PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a sandglass-type clock or toy clock as a timer, for a game and an interior ornament by having asymmetrical shape in a state of floor type with respect to its top and bottom. SOLUTION: The toy clock is constituted by a container wherein a head part 2 and a neck part or a narrowed pat 3 and a trunk part 4 are formed continuously of transparent glass or resin material and which is asymmetrical with respect to its top and bottom; a bowl-shaped receiving member 5 with nozzles 5a and 5b arranged with necessary gaps therearound within the head part in an upper part or the trunk part in a lower part with the neck part or the narrowed part within the container as a boundary; at least one rotating member 9 which is disposed rotatably at a position faced by the tips of the nozzles and which is equally divided in a circumferential direction into a plurality of portions and which is provided with a necessary display; and a fluid 8 of an amount exceeding the capacity of the receiving member housed in the container by at least 10%.
