PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electroconductive film for an anode of an organic-electroluminescence element which has a reduced difference of an energy barrier between the anode and a hole-transporting layer.
SOLUTION: The transparent electroconductive film for the anode of the organic-electroluminescence element is made from a composition including an indium oxide and a zinc oxide, or a tin oxide in addition to them, at such a rate as to satisfy, by metal atomic ratios respectively, In/(In+Zn+Sn)=0.80 to 1.00, Zn/(In+Zn+Sn)=0.05 to 0.20 and Sn/(In+Zn+Sn)=0.00 to 0.20, and a metal oxide selected from among a ruthenium oxide, a molybdenum oxide and a vanadium oxide, in an amount of 0.5 to 10 atom% with respect to all the metal atoms; and has a work function of 5.45 to 5.55 electron volt.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
