#CMT# #/CMT# The system (14) has a guide element (15) e.g. shaft, extending through a steering unit (16), where the guide element is fixed in position relative to a frame of a vehicle i.e. tractor. The steering unit is displaced along the guide element and coupled to utility vehicle wheels via a steering linkage i.e. track rod. A reinforcing element is arranged on a leg of the steering unit, and the steering linkage is coupled to the leg by using a pin. Two control chambers (ZR1, ZR2) are separated from each other by a separating element (18) i.e. piston, arranged on the guide element. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Steering system for use in a utility vehicle i.e. tractor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The steering forces of the system can be transmitted to the utility vehicle wheels during a steering movement. The steering linkage is directly provided on a steering unit, thus preventing the usage of a crank on the steering linkage.
