PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canvas top structure of a vehicle capable of changing a canvas sheet according to a user's taste, or a day for driving. SOLUTION: The canvas top structure of the vehicle can fold a canvas 2 since a slide member of the canvas 2 slides on a rail of right and left roof side parts 4b, 4c. The canvas 2 comprises: a canvas base part 7 comprised by sticking a bottom canvas sheet 9 to a bottom frame member 10; and a top canvas part 8 comprised by sticking a top canvas sheet 8a to a top frame member 14. The top frame member 14 is provided with a linear engagement part 14a. The bottom frame member 10 is provided with a groove part 12. The engagement part 14a is inserted in the groove part 12.
