<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing rusty bumps, capable of removing rusty bumps and the like from the pipe interior. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a guide member 71 that is installed on and along a vertical pipe section of a conduit pipe, a flexible valve 73 that is arranged at the upper part of the guide member 71, an approximate cylindrical guide bar 81 that is inserted so that the bar is horizontally movable forward and backward with respect to the flexible valve 73 under watertight conditions, and a first removal head 95 that is installed removably at the tip 81a of the guide bar 81, as main parts. When installed, the hollow part of the first removal head 95 and the same of the guide bar 81 are communicated with each other. At the lower end part of the first removal head 95, a circular plate 97 is provided via a foot 96. The circular plate 97 projects with respect to the first removal head 95 to the outside radially. The peripheral end part of the circular plate 97 slants upward as it projects to the outside radially.
